The service

Jefa helps cleaning businesses organize schedules, teams, clients, expenses and tax estimates. It is operated by FourthCode.

Accounts and profiles

The business owner creates the business and invites cleaners and clients. You are responsible for the data you enter and for keeping your sign-in secure.

Subscription

Only the business owner pays. Plans, prices and the 14-day free trial are shown on our website. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Not tax or legal advice

Estimates, payment guides and worker-classification checklists are informational. They are not tax, legal or employment advice.

Acceptable use

Do not use Jefa for unlawful purposes, to send spam, or to access data of other businesses.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for tax penalties resulting from estimates.
