Who we are

Jefa is operated by FourthCode. Contact: jefa@fourthcode.app.

What we collect

• Account: name, email, phone number and sign-in provider (Apple, Google or phone).
• Business data you enter: clients, property addresses and details, visits, prices, payments to your team, expenses and receipt photos, mileage, estimated tax payments.
• Optional: date of birth (for birthday messages) and marketing consent.
• Technical: device type, app version and error logs.

How we use it

• To run the app: schedules, bookings, team pay, reports and tax estimates.
• To send messages you ask for: invites by WhatsApp or SMS, birthday wishes and campaigns by email or app notification (campaigns only to clients who opted in).
• We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who processes it for us

Supabase (database, sign-in, files — U.S.), Google Cloud (functions and receipt reading — U.S.), Vercel (website — U.S.), Twilio and Meta WhatsApp (invites), Expo (app updates and notifications), Stripe (subscription payments), Sentry (error logs). They process data only on our behalf.

Where it is stored

In the United States (Virginia region). Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).

Who sees what

The business owner sees all business data. A cleaner sees only her own visits and pay; the full address and access code appear only on the day of the visit. A client sees only their own properties and visits.

How long we keep it

While your account is active. Tax-related records can be kept up to 7 years if the business owner chooses, to support tax filings.

Your choices

Edit your data in the app, stop marketing emails with the unsubscribe link, and delete your account at any time in the app (Profile › Delete account).

Children

Jefa is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Taxes

Tax figures are estimates to help you plan. Jefa is not a tax preparer; confirm with your accountant.
